Lessons for beginners
You will find the list of our courses here below. Please note we usually do sessions of 1.5 to 3h at a time depending on your availability, level of fitness and also the weather. Some students do 2 sessions of 1.5 or 2h a day. We try to be as flexible as possible so you can learn fast if you wish so, or take your time and enjoy the beach or other activities. For even more flexibility, we can also offer you the courses on a per hour basis. For example, the Beginner lessons cost 2400 php an hour for group lesson per participant, or 3200 php an hour for private lesson. It ends up being the same hourly price but as flexible as it comes. With us, you are guaranteed to only pay for the hours you do and learn professionally in a safe environment with recent kites.
Price includes
– Full equipment: kite + board + harness + booties + helmet (mandatory)

What to bring/wear
– Please wear a boardshort (better than bikini for comfort reason)
– A lycra is ideal but a t-shirt is fine as well, in order to protect your skin from the sun
– We highly recommend the use of sunglasses. Please wear a strap in the back so you do not lose them
– Sunscreen is a must as the sun is very strong in the Philippines
– Usually, we do not use wetsuits. But if you get cold easily, you can bring one. We also have a few to borrow if needed

Discovery course
Duration: 2h in group of 2 students / 1.5h private

This is a good introduction if you want to give kitesurfing a try and see how addicted you get. There is a little bit of theory done on the beach to explain the wind window, how to assess a spot and the different parts of a kite, then you will go straight in the water. You will learn how to pilot the kite, relaunch the kite and do easy exercises of body dragging, We directly use a 4 lines kite for this course, but using short lines, so that the lesson is safe and more realistic than using a 2 lines kite.
This course is the first half of the beginner course level 1. If you decide to take 2 more hours of group lesson or 1.5h private after the discovery course, then you will just pay for the beginner course level 1
Beginner Level 1
Duration: 4h in group of 2 students / 3h private

– Self rescue
The first half of this course is the same content as the Discovery course. Additionally, you will do more advanced kite control exercices, learn how to land the kite, do more advanced bodydragging exercices and do a self rescue. You will learn how to activate the safety and the procedure to either restart your kite or use it as a sail to go back to shore. It is essential to learn those techniques to be a safe rider. After this course you will have a good kite control and ready to move on to the Beginner Level 2 course.
Beginner Level 2
Duration: 4h in group of 2 students / 3h private

Content of the course:
– Power strokes
– Board recovery
– Board theory
– Water start
– Self rescue
This course is for people who already took the Beginner level 1 course.
You will learn how to do the power strokes (which is essential later on when you get on the board), bodydrag upwind to recover your board and know all the waterstart theory. Then you will practice your first water starts with the board!
We will also do another self rescue to make sure you understood perfectly how to do it (during the Beginner level 1 course, the instructor is the one doing the self rescue and showing you how to do it. During the Beginner level 2 course, you will have to do it yourself to show the instructor you really understood the technique). Safety comes first when it comes to kiteboarding!
You will now be ready for the next course to become an independent kiter.
Beginner Level 3
Duration: 4h in group of 2 students / 3h private

– Improve riding style
– Upwind riding
– Transitions
This course is for people who already took the Beginner level 1 and level 2 courses. Or for students who took lesson elsewhere and can waterstart, but not consistently.
The objective will be to fine tune your riding level. First, we will improve your water start so you can do it consistently. Then, we will adjust your riding position and board control skills. And, finally, we will teach you how to ride upwind so you can come back to your starting position. It will make you a safer rider on the lagoon, for yourself and also for others. For the most advanced students, we will also teach you how to do the transitions (switching direction).
After that course you could be an independent kiter and start renting equipment!
Full Beginner course - Level 1 to 3

You will learn everything you need to know to become an independent and competent kitesurfer. We will cover all aspects related to safety, spot assessment, kite control, board control, riding skills, right of way rules, equipment and self rescue. Our aim is for you to have fun, be safe and become part of a great community.
After this course, you should be able to ride upwind and start renting equipment. Or you can continue learning by taking an advanced course to perfect your transitions (turns) and start jumping!
Advanced course
Private lesson with our gear: 3200 php an hour
Private lesson with your own gear (kite): 2400 php an hour
